General description
A competitive, selective inhibitor for protein kinase C (IC50 = 10 nM) over protein kinase A (IC50 = 900 nM), Ca2+/calmodulin-dependent protein kinase (IC50 = 17 µM) and phosphorylase protein kinase. Inhibits TPA induced p47 phosphorylation in platelets (IC50 = 700 nM). Also inhibits CD3 downregulation in T cells (IC50 = 500 nM).
