General description
Safe, easy and contamination free solvent handling is one of the main topics in daily lab work.
With this new technology of lab scale level sensoring it is now possible to monitor and manage our bottles in process related steps automatically. If the threshold point of the level detector is dipped into liquid, the termination of the emptying process is required by an alarm, and/or an actuator is closed or a pump is switched off. Thus the HPLC-run can be stopped automatically and prevent columns from drying. The sensor is pre-assembled in the S40-screwcap which is used to connect instruments with 3 mm tubes directly (e.g. HPLC).
