General description
Thyroid hormone receptor-associated protein 3 (THRAP3) is also called Thyroid hormone receptor-associated protein complex 150 kDa component (Trap150). THRAP3 plays a role in pre-mRNA splicing and is possibly involved in nuclear mRNA decay. THRAP3 regulates signal-induced alternative splicing, cyclin-D1/CCND1 mRNA stability and response to DNA damage. THRP3 is ubiquitously expressed across tissues.
~150 kDa observed
Immunogen
Recombinant protein corresponding to human THRAP3.
Application
Detect Thyroid hormone receptor-associated protein 3 using this rabbit polyclonal antibody, Anti-THRAP3 Antibody validated for use in IP, ICC & western blotting.
