Application

Ethyl thiotetrazole (ETT) in Acetonitrile can be used as an efficient activator reagent for the synthesis of oligonucleotides. This reagent is effective in the solid-phase synthesis of RNA oligonucleotides in terms of product yield in comparison with other reagents such as 4,5-dicyanoimidazole and 5-benzylthio-1H-tetrazole (BTT).
