General description
- More flexible plate and plate washer options
- Improved performance with turbid serum/plasma samples
- Assay results equivalent to non-magnetic beads
- Automated magnetic washing avoids many problems associated with vacuum filtration washing.
Application
Analytes available: 6Ckine, BCA-1, CTACK, ENA-78, Eotaxin-2, Eotaxin-3, I-309, IL-16, IL-20, IL-21, IL-23, IL-28A, IL-33, LIF, MCP-2, MCP-4, MIP-1d, SCF, SDF-1A+β, TARC, TPO, TRAIL, TSLP
Application NotesThis is an overnight or two-hour incubation assay; however, for best results an overnight incubation is recommended. This assay requires 25 µl cell culture supernatant per well. This kit may be used for the analysis of all or any combination of the cytokines and chemokines in tissue/cell lysate and culture supernatant samples.
Cross Reactivity: There was no or negligible cross-reactivity between the antibodies and any of the other analytes in this panel.
Sensitivity: Refer to kit protocol for sensitivities of individual analytes.
