Application

A medium suitable for the isolation, cultivation and differentiation of pathogenic Enterobacteriaceae especially Shigella and Salmonella species.

Preparation Note

Suspend 52g in 1 litre demineralised water. Boil whilst stirring until completely dissolved. Cool to 45 - 50°C, mix well and pour plates.

Do not Autoclave or Overheat
