General description

His-tagged full-length recombinant mouse Interferon-induced protein with tetratricopeptide repeats 1 (ITIT1).
~53 kDa observed; 53.74 kDa calculated. Uncharacterized bands may be observed in some lysate(s).

Application

Western Blotting Analysis: A representative lot detected IFIT1 in Western Blotting applications (Daniels, B.P., et. al. (2017). J Clin Invest. 127(3):843-856).

Biochem/physiol Actions

Clone 13B4-1 specifically detects murine Interferon-induced protein with tetratricopeptide repeats 1 (IFIT1).

Physical form

Purified mouse monoclonal antibody IgG1 in buffer containing 0.1 M Tris-Glycine (pH 7.4), 150 mM NaCl with 0.05% sodium azide.

Preparation Note

Analysis Note

Evaluated by Western Blotting in mouse lung tissue lysate.

Western Blotting Analysis: 1 µg/mL of this antibody detected IFIT1 in mouse lung tissue lysate.
