General description

KLH-conjugated peptide corresponding to 21 amino acids from the C-terminal half of human Indoleamine 2,3-dioxygenase 2 (IDO2).
~57 kDa observed; 47.07 kDa calculated. Uncharacterized bands may be observed in some lysate(s).

Application

Immunohistochemistry (Paraffin) Analysis: A 1:50-250 dilution from a representative lot detected IDO-2 in human spleen and human liver tissue sections.

Immunoprecipitation Analysis: A representative lot detected IDO-2 in Human and mouse IDO-2 T-Rex extracts (Contributed from the group of Lisa Laury-Kleintop, Ph.D., Lankenau Institute for Medical Research, USA).

Western Blotting Analysis: A representative lot detected IDO-2 in Human and Mouse IDO-2 T-Rex cell lysates (Contributed from the group of Lisa Laury-Kleintop, Ph.D., Lankenau Institute for Medical Research, USA).

Biochem/physiol Actions

Clone 13-3 is a mouse monoclonal antibody that detects Indoleamine 2,3-dioxygenase 2 (IDO-2). It targets an epitope within 21 amino acids from the C-terminal half.

Physical form

Purified mouse monoclonal antibody IgG2b in buffer containing 0.1 M Tris-Glycine (pH 7.4), 150 mM NaCl with 0.05% sodium azide.

Preparation Note

Stable for 1 year at 2-8°C from date of receipt.

Analysis Note

Evaluated by Western Blotting in Human Placenta tissue lysate.

Western Blotting Analysis: 1 µg/mL of this antibody detected IDO-2 in Human Placenta tissue lysate.

Other Notes

Human, Mouse.
