Evaluate by Western Blotting in human megakaryocytic cells (DAMI) lysate.
Western Blotting Analysis (WB): A 1:1,000 dilution of this antibody detected an 84 kDa c-Mpl protein that is expressed on megakaryocytic cells (DAMI).
