General description
A linear peptide surrounding phosphorylated Threonine 152 of human Inhibitor of growth protein 5 (ING5).
~32 kDa observed; 27.75 kDa calculated. Uncharacterized bands may be observed in some lysate(s).
Application
Western Blotting Analysis: A representative lot detected phospho-ING5 (Thr152) in Western Blotting applications (Linzen, U., et. al. (2015). PLoS One. 10(4):e0123736).
Biochem/physiol Actions
Clone 3H5 is a rat monoclonal antibody that detects ING5 phosphorylated on Thr152 in human cells.
Physical form
