General description

GST-tagged recombinant fragments corresponding to Fibronectin type III repeats 2,3 and 8 of murine Receptor-type tyrosine-protein phosphatase delta (PTPRD).
~80, 120, 130 kDa observed, 214.41 kDa calculated. Uncharacterized bands may be observed in some lysate(s).

Application

Epitope: extracellular domain

Biochem/physiol Actions

Clone F34a6 is a rat monoclonal antibody that specifically detects different isoforms of murine Receptor-type tyrosine-protein phosphatase delta (PTPRD), but does not react with LAR. It targets an epitope within the ectodomain region.

Physical form

Purified rat monoclonal antibody IgG2b in buffer containing 0.1 M Tris-Glycine (pH 7.4), 150 mM NaCl with 0.05% sodium azide.

Preparation Note

Stable for 1 year at 2-8°C from date of receipt.

Analysis Note

Evaluated by Western Blotting in E16 mouse brain tissue lysate.

Western Blotting Analysis: 1 µg/mL of this antibody detected receptor-type tyrosine-protein phosphatase delta (PTPRD) in E16 mouse brain tissue lysate.
