Antibody recognises dimeric Pregnancy Associated Plasma Protein A (dPAPP-A). Elevated levels of this protein have been linked with unstable arterosceleric plaques which as made it an interesting candidate for the diagnosis and prognosis of Acute Coronary Syndrome (ACS)
