General description

The Millex- HV Filter Unit (Sterile) is a medical device intended for use as a syringe filter to clarify low volume solutions in direct patient care and pharmacy admixture applications.

Application

  • Clarification of aqueous solutions (column eluates, tissue culture additives, HPLC samples, protein pharmaceuticals, etc.) in volumes of 0.5 to 10 mL
  • Suitable for use as syringe filters to clarify low volume solutions in direct patient care and pharmacy admixture applications
  • Clinical benefits include the reduction of microorganisms, particles, precipitates, and undissolved powders larger than the membrane′s rated pore size from solutions for clinical use
