  • Used for solubilizing membrane proteins during isolation of membrane-protein complexes
  • Included in buffers for microplate assays

Preparation Note

Working concentration: 0.1 to 1%
Note: Use these values as a starting point. The optimal working concentration can differ depending on the application.
Storage conditions (working solution): Store the solution under nitrogen at 2 to 8 °C.
