Application

Dihydrojasmone may be used as an analytical reference standard for the quantification of the analyte in the following:
  • Capers (Capparis spinosa L. Capparaceae) using gas chromatography coupled to mass spectrometry (GC-MS).
  • Brassica rapa var. rapa L. (turnip) using gas chromatography/ion trap mass spectrometry (GC/IT-MS).
