General description

This peptone is a high quality source of peptides produced by acid hydrolysis of soy isolate. The special processing keeps inorganic ions to a minimum so the product is essentially a mixture of free amino acids and small peptides. It is recommended for laboratory media, fermentation, agriculture and veterinary use, where an inexpensive amino acid mixture is needed.
