Stemline^® XF MSC Medium Kit

Developed to promote the expansion of human mesenchymal stem/stromal cells (MSCs) in both planar and suspension culture formats, Stemline XF MSC Medium demonstrates better cell expansion performance than both α-MEM supplemented with human platelet lysate and commercially available products when culturing MSCs on microcarriers. Stemline XF MSC Medium is compatible with MSCs derived from multiple tissues and has been performance verified in 3 L stirred tank bioreactors. Additionally, both characterization and functional assays (flow cytometry, IDO assay, and differentiation to adipocytes, chondrocytes, and osteocytes) confirm that Stemline XF MSC Medium maintains MSCs in the appropriate multipotent state.

Stemline XF MSC Medium Kit consists of one (1) 500 mL bottle of Stemline XF MSC Basal Medium (14371C) and one (1) 5 mL vial of Stemline XF MSC Supplement (14372C). The Basal Medium and Supplement may also be purchased separately in the same sizes or a larger 5 L bag (Basal Medium) and 50 mL bottle (Supplement).Stemline XF MSC Medium has been designed with your long-term needs for clinical manufacturing in mind, with a sustainable raw material supply chain, custom packaging options, and careful material and manufacturing process selection.
