Application

suitable as IEF-Marker for HPCE and for IEF-gels

Preparation Note

Dissolve the IEF-marker at 2 mg/ml in 10 mM HCl, sonicate for up to 10 min if necessary. Store at 4 °C (the solution is stable for approximately 6 months). For use in HPCE this stock solution should be diluted 1:100 in a suitable ampholyte solution (e.g. 2% ampholyte 3-10), UV-detection at 280 nm (20 °C). For use in IEF-gels the 2 mg/ml stock solution can be loaded directly onto the gel (max. 1 μl per lane).
