Application
E. coli growth agar with ampicillin, IPTG and X-Gal, ready to use. Specially formulated growth medium for E. coli that eliminates the time consuming need for autoclaving in media preparation. It is ready to use after heating for only approx. 4 min. in a microwave oven.
Contents: 20 pouches. Each pouch provides sufficient material for 200 mL E. coli growth medium (8 to 10 plates). Presterilized low salt LB agar medium supplemented with ampicillin, IPTG and X-Gal for the blue/white recombinant E. coli screening.
