General description

Atrazine is a chlorotriazine selective pre- and post-emergence herbicide used for controlling annual grasses and broad-leaved weeds in several crops.
Standard for Supelco MIP SPE cartridges. For more information request Supelco Literature T407075, T706023

Application

Atrazine may be used as a herbicide reference standard for the determination of the analyte by using high-performance immunoaffinity column for the extraction from water samples, followed by separation of the retained compounds with an on-line reversed-phase column.
Atrazine may also be used as a reference standard for the determination of the analyte in mouse urine and plasma by liquid chromatography-mass spectrometry method.
