Application

4-(1-Ethyl-1-methylhexyl)phenol has been used as an analytical reference standard for the determination of the analyte in wastewater and surface water samples by liquid chromatography coupled to tandem mass spectrometry (LC-MS/MS).
It may be used as an analytical standard for the determination of the analyte in river sediment samples by gas chromatography-mass spectrometry (GC-MS).
