General description

Thionazin is a pre- and post-emergence, organophosphorus pesticide (OPP), extensively used in agriculture to combat agricultural pests.

Application

Refer to the product′s Certificate of Analysis for more information on a suitable instrument technique. Contact Technical Service for further support.
Thionazin may be used as an analytical reference standard for the determination of the analyte in :
  • Soil and marine sediment samples using supercritical fluid extraction with dispersive liquid–liquid microextraction followed by gas chromatography-flame ionization detection (GC-FID).
  • Human blood samples using liquid-liquid extraction followed by gas chromatography and liquid chromatography coupled to electrospray ionization-tandem mass spectrometry in multiple reaction monitoring (MRM) mode.
