General description

Dicamba methyl ester is a chlorinated acidic herbicide, which exists as a persistent contaminant in the environment.

Application

Dicamba methyl ester may be used as an analytical reference standard for the estimation of the analyte in aqueous samples using chemical derivatization combined with solid-phase extraction, followed by gas chromatography (SPE-GC).
