Deoxynivalenol-d1 solution may be used as working standard in the analysis of trichothecenes and zearalenones in grain cereal, flour and bread using liquid chromatography coupled with mass spectrometry (LC/MS-MS). It may also be used as an internal standard in the determination of mycotoxins in baby foods using liquid chromatography coupled with mass spectrometry (LC/MS-MS).
