General description

Brain Heart Infusion powder is a mixture of calf brain infusion and beef heart infusion. Each 17.5 grams of the powder contains infusions from 200 grams calf brain and 250 grams beef heart. It can be used in media employed for cultivation of fastidious organisms like Brucella, Mycoplasma, Pneumococci, Gonococci, Actinomycetes, fungi etc. and antibiotic sensitivity tests.
