Selective medium used for enumeration of yeasts and molds from food products according to GB 4789.15-2016
Preparation Note
Suspend 45.1g of the medium in one liter of distilled water. Mix well and heat with frequent agitation. Boil for one minute. Sterilize in an autoclave at 121 ℃ for 15 minutes. Cool to 40-45℃and pour into Petri dishes.
