Corning® cell recovery solution, 100 mL, enables the recovery of cells cultured on Corning® Matrigel® basement membrane matrix for subsequent biochemical analyses.

Non-enzymatic proprietary solution.
Preparation Note
Stable for at least three months at 2 °C to 8 °C.
Analysis Note
Tested for ability to depolymerize a 1 mm thick layer of gelled matrigel matrix after one hour at 2 °C to 8 °C. Filtered (0.2 μm membrane) and tested for bacteria, fungi, and mycoplasma
