Application

Triglycerides in cocoa butter has been used as a standard reference material to determine the concentration of high di-saturated triacylglycerol (TAG) formed by the lipase catalyzed acidolysis of high oleic sunflower oil with a combination of stearic–palmitic acid using GC.
