REM 134 Cell Line canine

REM 134 is a canine mammary carcinoma cell line derived from a spontaneous primary tumour.

NOTE: Both the cell line and DNA from the cell line may be available for this product. Please choose -1VL or VIAL for cells, or -DNA-5UG for DNA.

MEM (M2279) + 2mM L-Glutamine (G7513) + 10% FBS (F2442)

Split sub-confluent cultures (70-80%) seed new cultures at 2-4 x10,000 cells/cm² using 0.05% trypsin or trypsin/EDTA; 5% CO₂; 37°C.
