Application
HiTrap® Blue Cartridges are used in affinity chromatography, protein chromatography and dye resins. The HiTrap® Blue albumin isolation system can be used for the analysis of albumin-organic toxicants adducts, identification of biomarkers in serum of early rheumatoid arthritis, and has been used to deplete plasma albumin for proteomic analysis of Bothrops jararaca snake plasma.
