Application

Fluorescent red 646 reactive is an amino conjugating fluorescent biolabel that can be used for covalent coupling to proteins and other biomolecules containing primary amino groups like amino modified DNA-oligomers and amino modified biotin. Fluorescent red 646 reactive is a new, red-laser compatible label with low quantum yield except when conjugated to proteins (fem 0.4 if bound to HSA; fem 0.35 if bound to amino-modified 15-mer oligonucleotide). It is more photostable than comparable labels.

Packaging
