Application
cis-Inositol was used to improve the intensity and desorption of samples during field desorption mass spectrometry analysis.
Biochem/physiol Actions
Cis-inositol is one of the six possible steroisomer of inositol, a cyclohexane polyol. The cis-inositol isomer readily forms strong complexes with cations and oxyacid anions.
Packaging
Bottomless glass bottle. Contents are inside inserted fused cone.
