General description
With the kit Spectral Fluorescence Standards, we provide a simple, flexible, and traceable calibration tool for the determination and control of the relative spectral responsivity of fluorescence instruments. The kit is optimized for spectrofluorometers and can be employed for a broad variety of measurement geometries. With proper consideration of the underlying measurement principle, it can be adapted to the calibration of other types of fluorescence instruments.
