General description
AQP6 is part of a family of Aquaporins that function to transport water across cell membranes. AQP6 is believed to be kidney-specific.
Rabbit Anti-Water Channel Aquaporin 6 (AQP6) antibody binds mouse and rat AQP6.
Immunogen
peptide corresponding to residues 259-276 of rat AQP6. Mouse is 15/18 residues identical.
Application
Rabbit Anti-Water Channel Aquaporin 6 antibody can be used for western blot applications at a dilution of 1:200 using rat kidney membrane extracts.
Physical form
Lyophilized from phosphate buffered saline, pH 7.4, 0.025% sodium azide.
