General description
Agarose - TAE powder blends are a TAE buffer already mixed in with agarose at a 1X concentration. To use just add water, heat and pour the gel.
Preparation Note
Preparation Instructions
1. Weigh out 2.632 g of Agarose-TAE blend 1.0% into a beaker or flask.
2. Add 100 mL of deionized water.
3. Microwave or autoclave according to method of choice for agarose gel preparation.
4. Pour the gel.
5. Perform electrophoresis according to standard TAE procedures.
6. Stain gel according to standard practices and analyze results.
