General description
Rabbit polyclonal anti-RIPK3 antibody reacts with mouse, bovine, canine, and human receptor-interacting serine-threonine kinase 3 kinases.
Receptor-interacting serine-threonine kinase 3 (RIPK3, RIP3β, RIP3gamma) is a key signaling molecule in the programmed necrosis (necroptosis) pathway. It is a component of the tumor necrosis factor (TNF) receptor-I signaling complex, and it is involved in the regulation of (tumor necrosis factor (TNF)-related apoptosis inducing ligand) TRAIL-induced apoptosis.
Immunogen
The immunogen for anti-RIPK3 antibody: synthetic peptide derected towards the N terminal of human RIPK3
Application
Anti-RIPK3 antibody has been used for the studying the role of RIPK3 in necroptosis. The antibody can be used for western blot (1.25μg/ml) and IHC (4-8μg/ml, using paraffin-embedded tissues) applications.
Rabbit polyclonal anti-RIPK3 antibody is used to tag receptor-interacting serine-threonine kinase 3 for detection and quantitation by immunocytochemical and immunohistochemical (IHC) techniques. It is used as a probe to determine the presence and roles of receptor-interacting serine-threonine kinase 3 apoptosis pathways.

Receptor-interacting protein kinase 1 (RIPK1) is an important component of the tumor necrosis factor receptor 1 (TNFR1) signaling pathway. Depending on the cell type and conditions, RIPK1 mediates MAPK and NF-κB activation as well as cell death. Using a mutant
