Immunogen

synthetic peptide corresponding to amino acids 463-477 of the β3 subunit of rat brain voltage-gated calcium channel (VGCC, Caβ3) with additional N-terminal cysteine, conjugated to KLH. This epitope is identical in all known alternative splicing isoforms of Caβ3 in mouse, rat, human, and Xenopus.

Physical form

Lyophilized at approximately 0.3 mg/ml from phosphate buffered saline, pH 7.4, containing 1% bovine serum albumin, 5% sucrose and 0.025% sodium azide.
