Biochem/physiol Actions

Detects a broad spectrum of human cytokeratins including polypeptides 1, 5, 6, 7 and 8 of the basic cytokeratin subfamily, as well as the acidic cytokeratins 10, 11 and 18. The antibody reacts with a wide variety of epithelial tissues and cultured epithelial cells.
