General description
iFluor 405 succinimidyl ester is bright, stable fluorescent dye that has spectral properties comparable to Alexa Fluor™ 405. It exhibits an excitation max at 403 nm and an emission max at 427 nm with an extinction coefficient of 37,000 cm-1 M-1. iFluor 405 can be used for covalent labeling of antibodies and detection by flow cytometry. It exhibits good stability, selectivity, and reactivity with protein amine groups.
