Application

Available in 4 thicknesses and color coded:
Black combs: 0.75 mm for ultra-resolved bands
White combs: 1.0 mm supplied as a standard comb
Red combs: 1.5 mm for maximizing sample volume
Blue combs: 2.0 mm for maximizing sample volume

Analysis Note

Comb Prep number indicates the number of preparatory wells. Marker number indicates the number of small volume wells intested for molecular weight markers. MC indicates multichannel pipette compatible. All sample well volumes are based on a 5 mm thick agarose gel.
