Biochem/physiol Actions
Fmoc-L-glutamic acid (γ-tert-butyl) is an N-terminal protected amino acid (Fmoc amino acid) used in solid-phase peptide synthesis (SPPS) to make peptides containing a glutamic acid (γ-tert-butyl) residue. Fmoc-L-glutamic acid (γ-tert-butyl) is used for Fmoc solid phase peptide synthesis.
