Preparation Note
Reconstitute with 1 mL buffer: 0.01 M phosphate, pH 7.4, 0.15 M sodium chloride, 0.1% bovine serum albumin and 15 mM sodium azide. Store the reconstituted stock at −20 °C. Working dilution (1:10) to be discarded if unused within 12 hours.
