General description
Sephacryl® S-500 HR is high resolution gel filtration media for preparative separation of large macromolecules, e.g. group separation of DNA restriction fragments.
Application
For preparative separation of biomolecules in the molecular weight range of 5 000 to 250 000, such as antibodies, serum proteins and mid-size proteins.
