General description
EIAs and ELISAs are convenient, high-sensitivity, peroxidase-based technologies that enable the amount of protein present in a sample to be measured in a single day.
The Biotrak™ cAMP competitive enzymeimmunoassay system is specifically designed for research purposes. It uses peroxidase-labeled cAMP conjugate, a specific antiserum which can be immobilized on to precoated microplates, and a one-pot stabilized substrate solution.
RPN2255 contains one vial (with 5× the volume of RPN225), for each of the following components:
Conjugate,
Antiserum,
Assay buffer,
Wash buffer,
Substrate
There are also five vials of non-acetylation standard, each containing the same volume as the component supplied in RPN225, and five coated plates.
