Application

Anti-TUBB2A antibody produced in chicken is suitable for western blotting analysis at a dilution of 1:500, for tissue or cell staining at a dilution of 1:200.

Biochem/physiol Actions

Tubulin β chain is a protein encoded by the TUBB gene in humans and is mapped to the HLA class I region at 6p21.3. Mutation in TUBB gene may cause certain forms of HLA-linked microtubule dysfunction, including immotile cilia syndrome.

Physical form

Solution in phosphate buffered saline containing 0.02% sodium azide.
