General description
Leucozyme is a spheroplasting agent.
at pH 3-9 in low molarity buffers (<0.05 M NaCl). Solubility increases with increased NaCl concentration.
Application
Leucozyme has been used in a study to investigate defense mechanisms against infection.
Physical form
Contains elastase (approx 5%), myeloperoxidase (6%), lysozyme (1%), trace cathespin G, trypsin and other proteins.
