General description
LB agar plates with 100 μg/ml ampicillin, 0.1mM IPTG, and 60 μg/ML X-Gal.
0.1% ampicillin, 0.5% yeast extract, 1.0% tryptone, 1.0% sodium chloride, 1.5% agar, 2.4% IPTG, 6% X-Gal, 87.5% water
10 plates per sleeve, 20-25 ml per plate.

Application
Pre-poured agar plates (100mm) for the selection and propagation of ampicillin resistant strains. X-Gal allows for blue/white selections of colonies.
