Biochem/physiol Actions

Reacts with reduced and native MMP-9. The antibody recognizes pro-form and active forms of MMP-9. Mouse MMP-9 is slightly larger than human MMP-9.

Solution in 0.01 M phosphate buffered saline, pH 7.4, containing 50% glycerol and 15 mM sodium azide.
