General description

The M9 SeMET (selenomethionine) High-Yield Growth Medium Kit is used for cell culture in IPTG-inducible bacterial expression systems leading to the production of SeMET-labeled proteins for crystallographic studies using MAD. The high-yield growth media kit is designed to simplify the procedures to grow cells and eliminate the need for sterilization and weighing out chemicals, saving time and cost by just adding the components one by one. The M9 SeMET High-Yield Growth Medium Kit has been validated and optimized for structural genomics laboratories to double the cell yield and speed up protein production.
