General description

The DAPI/DuraTect-Solution (ultra) (MT8) is intended to be used for counterstaining of chromatin/chromosomes, for avoiding a fast quenching of fluorescent signals, and for enabling prolonged storage of hybridized slides in fluorescence in situ hybridization (FISH) applications on cytologic or formalin-fixed, paraffin-embedded specimens. The DAPI/DuraTect-Solution (ultra) is intended to be used in combination with ZytoVision probes and implementation kits.
